About the Space
Indoor pool can be used for entertaining. It’s a tv inside and it comes furnished. The area also has central air and heat. There is also a outside kitchen attached. The kitchen comes with a gas hibachi grill, a cook too, electric food warmer, electric rotessirie grill, pizza cooker and refrigerator. It’s also a fire pit and outside restroom.

General Rules
No illegal frug usage. No groups of more than 15 people. No loud music. Outside catering is allowed. Firepit is only used with written consent. No alcohol after 9pm. No weapons allowed at location.

I have a live streaming blink camera inside of the pool area and another at the outside kitchen.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Location is cleaned between all guest visits. No exceptions
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
