We have professional housekeepers thoroughly cleaning the house and changing all bed and bath linens after every stay or booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules

Self-check-in with smart lock Pets are allowed upon request with a minimal pet fee Limit outdoor noise after 10PM. Smoking is not allowed. $500 fine will be charged. Events and parties are accommodated with control with respect to the space. Otherwise, a $500 fine will be charged for general cleaning on top of any damages on the property. Kindly keep your furry companion off the bed. Otherwise, a penalty of $250 will be charged. Please do not wear shoes inside the house.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a security camera on the front porch which can be turned on and off.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
