About the Space
Very versatile 10 acre Horse Ranch with dock, Palapa with Cabana and large BBQ island located at the green foothills of ecological preserve. Great for any kind of rustic photo or video shoots, small events, parties, weddings, even have a large open flat piece of land for whatever your imagination can come up with! We have horses onsite. We also have two orchards and during season grape vines along fence. *Please Note: due to drought and heat, pond is currently dry

We clean property after every booking, we use disinfecting bleach.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
