About the Space
This is both an indoor/outdoor 5000 sq.ft. space in the heart of North Miami. We have 5 private sections and furniture included in the inside with audio and lighting provided with a DJ booth. The outdoor venue includes outdoor seating and outdoor games if interested. There is a bathroom and a dressing room/changing/makeup room for photoshoots. There is free parking for all guests. Extras: We can also provide an event decorator, hot dog cart, and more for extra charge.

General Rules
$500 security deposit will be collected upon arrival
Outside catering must be approved
There is a cleaning fee starting at $100 (extra charges may be applied depending on mess.)

We have security cameras inside and outside the venue.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect the venue 1-2 times a day after someone has been inside or has used the venue. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
