About the Space
Our space is around 1000 square feet with one master suite bedroom and one standard bedroom, one bathroom, one sitting room with full equipped kitchen and dinning area. Each bedroom has its own work-in closet. Also we have one utility room and one storage room.

Parking description
There are four onsite parking and numerus street parking.
General Rules
No smoking;
No pets allowed;
No noise exceed 70dB;
Quite time: 10pm to 8am;
Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors;
All rentals include setup and teardown time;
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it;
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is one Smart Flood Security Light at the entrance of the apartment.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
