Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This space is cleaned thoroughly between guests. Please follow posted COVID-19 guidelines and use provided hand sanitizer and face masks. Face masks must be worn for entire time in studio.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space

This studio space is ideal for many types of production including Photoshoots, hosting meetings, recording audio, recording podcasts, filming content, brainstorming ideas and much more. Location comes stocked with two DSLR cameras, a professional audio mixer, 3 XLR professional microphones, two smart TVs, a portable camcorder for BTS footage and a windows laptop stocked with professional software. The studio boasts an inviting, creative atmosphere through its three available rooms and lobby area overlooking the rear parking lot. One room is a soundproof recording area with mics with a black background for photography. Another is a conference room with Wifi/Bluetooth capabilities. Another is an empty room with a projector screen and speakers.

General Rules

• No smoking in the studio at all. • No parties allowed in the studio at all. • No more than 8 guests in the studio at once. • Equipment cannot be moved from its designated area. • Any damaged equipment will be fully reimbursed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
