About the Space
Welcome to my modernized row home filled with character, exposed brick and brilliant natural light! The newly renovated 1,200 sq ft space is located on the second and third floor of this circa 1900’s 3 story row home. The second floor has an open floor plan kitchen and living room and there are two large bedrooms on the third floor. The space has 12ft ceilings and 8ft windows throughout. There is a full bathroom located on the second floor. It has heat, AC and wifi. The front of the apartment gets a lot of natural light in the morning hours. This space is perfect for photo and video shoots, meetings, event space and co-working or office space.
