During the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important to keep health and safety in mind. We’ve created COVID-19 safety practices to help protect one another. As the pandemic continues, it’s important that we all do our part to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our property in Buckhead boasts 40 beautiful units located in a luxury gated apartment building. Our production apartments are ideal for Photoshoots & Video Productions. The space is very bright, open, spacious, and warm. It has a lot of natural light. The high ceilings and fashion-forward design create the perfect setting to produce content for your social media pages. Each apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a meticulously designed living room, plus a kitchen and private bathroom

Parking description

There is paid parking only on this property. This is just a friendly reminder to pay for your parking spot if you have a vehicle in the parking lot. The parking lot charges a parking fee of $15-$35 per 24hrs depending on the parking space you choose.

Equipment loading description

There is the main entrance that has double doors. This can be used to bring in large equipment. There is no ramp necessary. Loading trucks do need to be moved once items are dropped off.

Electrical system description

Production crew cannot access breakers on their own. They need to request a NOHOTEL staff member. The circuit breakers are on the roof.

General Rules

Please be advised that we can accommodate you for a minimum of 5 hours and the maximum hours will depend on availability. Please be considerate: no scratching of mirrors, floors (if you move furniture around), and staining the rugs and furniture. No smoking. ALL setup and wrap-up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance. The booking time is pre-arranged and starts at the hour booked. Please do not come earlier, as the space will likely be occupied or being maintained. There is a $35 fee if you would like to reschedule your booking. No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. Before they leave, guests are required to make sure to move all furniture and props exactly back to as they were. We suggest planning ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean-up. If the space is left dirty, messy, or not in the original condition, a minimum of $75 additional cleaning fee will be applied.

The only thing that you can move around is furniture that’s not bolted to the floor and then you have to put it back where you got it from and you can bring your props and move around our decor items like throw pillows and throws in vases and decorative tabletop things and replace it with your own.

Security cameras and recording devices

The property has surveillance cameras throughout. On top of this, the complex is completely gated so only guests and NOHOTEL personnel have access to the property.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
