COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We hire a cleaner to disinfect all open surfaces and bathrooms between each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Looking for a flexible studio or event space? Look no further than Yirii Studio. With over 1,000 sq ft of open space, we can accommodate any event from movement classes, dance socials, to seated events and dinners. This intimate studio is the perfect backdrop for light design, balloon design, and fabric drapery. We have a list of preferred vendors that have worked in our space before, just ask!

There is a parking lot on the south side of the building that can fit about 50 cars and ample street parking.

We have string lights and LED for a lower lighting and overhead lighting for bright ambiance.

Ambient noise description

Our studio is located in a warehouse that is used for storage. We do not hear any ambient noise.

Equipment is loaded through the front door which is standard size.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
