This dreamy French Norman style architectural gem was built in the 1930s and is located on Koreatown's most picturesque street. The apartment features 10' ceilings and original crown moldings. Gorgeous natural sunlight shines throughout the day. Spaces available include: - Living room with with outdoor terrace and large mounted smart TV for presentations - Boudoir-inspired guest room - Jewel-box dining room - Art Deco bathroom with original hexagon shaped tub and attached vanity area Add-on space includes: - Enormous master bedroom suite with attached covered veranda (second floor) - Office/dressing room (second floor)

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
