The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is great for any type of production: Photoshoots, Commercials, Movies, Art Galleries, pop up Fashion Boutiques, Music Videos, Product Shoots and Television shows. We are centrally located in Miami, Florida minutes from Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, and the Design District. True loft with natural concrete columns, natural lighting and a skyline view. The space is fully decorated with modern furniture and art and it has high speed WiFi and an Apple TV. All areas of the space are allowed for use during rental period, this includes the kitchen, bedroom, living room, and all exterior portions of the building.
