COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This space is cleaned between events. All high touch areas are disinfected and all soft porous surfaces are cleaned. Events are spaced out enough to allow for proper cleaning as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This is a modern spacious home with different with multiple settings where different settings available. Front and back modern background, spacious living space, luxurious bathroom, great back deck, basketball court, entertaining basement, spacious garage. The layout is very open providing space needed for your equipment and set up. Furnishings are modern, but your welcome to bring some of your own. We are new to this, so happy to talk about any additional arrangements.

Parking description

We are at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking for about 10 cars in the driveway. There is also a parking lot up the street about 100 yards of excess parking was needed.

Lighting description

You can see from the pictures our house allows for a lot on natural light. We have blinds in all the common spaces, and black out blinds in the bedrooms. Our house faces south, so we get direct light in the morning, but in the afternoon there is little to no direct light coming into the house. The game area in the basement allows for good light due to the windows and the large walk out area. The movie room and secret game room have no windows and will get very dark if needed.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our house has typical noise in a neighbor hood. We are tucked in the back of a cul de sac which limits noise and we are not close enough to a busy road to need to worry about vehicle noise. You will hear a dog bark from time to time.

Equipment loading description

For upstairs the best entrance is through the double door front entry. A truck can back right up to the font door. There are 4-5 stairs, but a ramp could go directly from the truck to the front door as well. The down stairs has a secondary entrance with a sidewalk all the way to the basement double doors. There are 10-12 stairs down to the basement. Box trucks can stay on site, or if more room is needed there is a parking lot around the corner.
