What’s Included in Your Rental Every booking includes access to: Studio A Features 500 sqft Creative Studio 175 sqft Private Dressing Room Large industrial windows (best light in the morning) Passenger elevator and loading dock for easy access Nearby paid street parking and parking ramps Lighting and Gear (2) Godox AD400 Pro strobes with softboxes Aputure 300C with 36” softbox (great for video or phone content) RGB** C-Stands, light stands, sandbags, bounce boards, reflectors, negative fill, and more Spotlight Dressing Room Amenities Vanity station with lights Full body mirror Steamer Wardrobe rack Sofa Extras Bluetooth speaker Free WiFi Wooden stool, director’s chairs, bamboo bench, fluffy ottoman, and more Access to all in-studio props, backdrops (as-is), and seasonal or holiday set items Backdrop Use and Cheat Sheet To maintain flow and efficiency, please allow 10 minutes per backdrop change Use this guide to help plan your session: 1 hour booking: 1 to 2 backdrops 1.5 hour booking: 2 to 3 backdrops 2+ hour booking: 3 to 4 backdrops Please include your desired backdrops, props, and any holiday set items when placing your booking so we can prep the space in advance and maximize your time. Timing, Load-in and Overtime Each booking includes: 15 minutes load-in before your session 15 minutes load-out after your session Your shoot must begin and end on time.
