- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
The Space: 1,000 SF space with lots of windows and natural light. A large glass garage door can be open to the outdoor patio space featuring a fire pit, outdoor table and bistro lights. One private bathroom, different backdrop colors, mini fridge and Nespresso machine also available for use. **Please include set up/tear down time in requested hours. **Seating for 28 people is included. 28 white chairs and 4 eight foot folding tables. What a great space! I rented it for a headshot session and everything was perfect. The big windows really allow for beautiful lighting throughout. Easy to get to, plenty of stools, chairs etc for posing. I’ll definitely be back!

I had my wedding here! It was absolutely perfect. Melissa was so very helpful and answered all my questions as we were booking the space. Leading up to the event, Melissa was extremely accommodating and allowed us to visit the space in advance a couple times to get a sense for the space. It was perfect for my wedding with 25 guests. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable for guests, the wine fridge is perfect for your beverages, and the sunlight in the space is so beautiful for any event. We used the chairs supplied by the Peerspace for our wedding guests and they were perfect for the ceremony AND for eating and being together for our reception. Everything about this experience was great and we look forward to renting again! Thank you, Melissa!
