About the Space

The Space: 1,000 SF space with lots of windows and natural light. A large glass garage door can be open to the outdoor patio space featuring a fire pit, outdoor table and bistro lights. One private bathroom, mini fridge and Nespresso machine also available for use. **Please include set up/tear down time in requested hours. We book back to back events on the weekends and there is no wiggle room so please plan properly in advance. **Seating for 40 people is included. 40 white chairs and 4 eight foot folding tables (See photo in gallery for what these look like) Ceiling mounted bluetooth speakers are available for use. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

The space is so clean and pretty!! It was perfect for our photoshoot. Although I wish it had a bit more natural light, it was still bright enough with the lights on. Lots of potential and options to explore. Definitely would book again!

Loved this studio! Used it for a photo shoot and it had everything we needed. The aesthetic is super cute! The host was also very informative. Definitely would book again!

Spacious and centrally located for small group gatherings. Booking and was easy, communications with host was smooth. Having access to tables and chairs was great. The space has a very cool and hip vibe. The patio fireplace and large garage door add a nice touch. The fresh air is great, but street noise was quite loud at times. It's ideal for creative purposes, but a bit pricey for group meetings or those with a limited budget. If your booking goes beyond sunset, the neighborhood and street parking have few street lights so it gets very dark.

This is such a beautiful space... The natural light and the decor was the perfect look for my photoshoot. Melissa was a great communicator she made everything easy and simple.

Yes, I would book again.

Melissa was a great host and accommodating to our needs. Communication was a breeze and responses were quick. Not to mentioned how nice the location and actual venue is. The venue was well kept up and secured with automatic gates that closed after 9pm. It was a nice time that we even extended our time which Melissa allowed last minute not once but several of times with extended the gathering. I highly recommend Bright Studios.
