🔥900sqf studio with two massive windows facing South, 13ft ceilings 🚀Studio is located on the 2nd floor (freight elevator 24/7) 🪑Set of different chairs 🥚CYC wall 16ft wide 🎥Profoto equipment included, watch list below 🍾Shared kitchen next to studio door 🚿Restroom with shower on the floor 🚇10 min walking from Pulaski subway station (Green line) - 15 min Chicago Downtown 🚗Free parking on site Complete self-service! You will be provided with 2 access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Also after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment - 1 x Neewer trigger (Canon/Nikon/Sony) - 2 x Profoto D500 AIR Strobes - 2 x Arri light stands - 2 x Portable Rectangular Softbox 23.6" X 35.4" - 1 x 55" Octagon - 3 x C-Stand - 4 x sandbags Furniture: - Steamer - Clothing rack - Hangers - We have only two tables as in the photos: one make up table and one modern dining table - Blackout curtains - Furniture that you see in the pictures Fee for a fresh painted CYC wall $100 🎤 I can't guarantee that you will record clear audio in this space. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Host was quick to respond as the instructions were very detailed! My photoshoot went smoothly and the bluetooth speaker was clutch because putting on music really set the tone. The space was as advertised and I will definitely be booking here again.
