Free street parking

There is generally ample street parking (in a very laid back neighborhood). If driveway parking or equipment load in/out is required, please inquire prior to booking.

There is considerable natural light in the main floor. While there are cellular shades on the windows, they are not black-out. Mid/late afternoon gets the brightest light.

Generally very quiet street, though there is some construction at the end of the block (though generally is inaudible from inside the house).

Stairs, Ground Floor

There is ample staging space in the garage, and a number of sliding doors for large items or equipment to be brought into the space. Driveway available for load in/out, if cleared in advance.

In addition to all upstairs bedrooms, there are two large 'bonus' rooms on the 3rd floor. We have a separate, adjacent guest house which is also available (additional fee will apply).

There are outlets available throughout the home, with select outlets having USB plugs. Circuit breaker is located in the laundry corridor on on the ground floor.

SHOES We ask all guests to either remove their shoes before entering, or use the 'booties' provided. If shoes are required for a shoot, we are happy to discuss on a case-by-case basis. PARKING All guests are asked to utilize street parking, which is generally plentiful. Please don't park in the driveway unless explicitly agreed to in advance (our driveway is shared with another house, and it cannot be blocked). If driveway access is needed to load in/out, please mention that at the time of booking. ARRIVAL TIME If you plan to arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, please let us know and we will gladly update the reservation to reflect it. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guest must remove any equipment you bring in, and you should factor this setup and tear-down time in your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. NO SMOKING There is no smoking allowed in the space, or near any open entryways.
