Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professionally cleaned in-between each and every event. 4 HEPA-certified air filters are placed throughout venue.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our Unique Event Space provides 2000 square-feet of modern space to host a variety of events such as weddings, engagement parties, christenings, baby showers, birthday parties, pop-up shops, and corporate celebrations in downtown Easley, SC. Our various all-inclusive packages includes set up of tables (round and/or rectangular) and chairs, our premium black or white linens, choice of silver or gold charger plates, table runners, and chair sashes, Multi-color wireless up lighting for a truly unique effect, access to our Kitchenette which includes fridge, microwave, ice-maker and sink, Entertainment System which includes 2 (two) 55" 4k flat screen tvs (to stream or show videos or pictures), surround sound system with wireless microphones (so it is not necessary to hire a DJ), high speed wifi, neon lights and more!

General Rules

There is NO glitter, confetti, candles, hookah, vaping, smoke, smoke machines, fireworks or fire of any type are allowed in the venue. Nothing may be adhered to the walls or ceiling with tape or any adhesive that will cause damage to the walls or ceiling. Client agrees to notify Unique Event Space of any unique props or performances for their event. There will be no cooking of any kind allowed on premises. This policy applies to deep fryers, air fryers, griddles, indoor grills and all other cooking appliances. There will be no "surprises" the day of your event including, but not limited to, animals, bounce houses, exotic dancers or performances of a sexual nature, additional speakers without consent of venue etc. No decorations or props may be installed on the outside of the venue. Client agrees to notify Unique Event Space of any unique props or performances for their event.
