About the Space
5 acre residence, on a mountainside, overlooking the city, with swimming pool and hot tub. The National Park is your backyard. Boasting 2,387 sq ft, an open layout, vaulted ceilings, and massive windows throughout. Explore Joshua Tree National Park’s 49 Palms Oasis trail, located less than 1-mile from the house. Bar in the back and deck overlooking view of city.

At least 4 cars could park up top and 4 down in our lower parking area.
General Rules
Please close all doors promptly behind you and leave all doors shut at all times to prevent wildlife from entering home.
Please fill the spa and pool if they get close to the bottom of the skimmer. Dry off before entering the house.
There are ‘quiet hours’ from 10 pm - 6am.
Thermostat is NOT to be adjusted below 74 degrees (summertime) or higher than 78 degrees (wintertime) it will kick off the thermostat
Fireplace use is permitted only from November - February
Must be 25 yrs or older to book.
NO groups larger than 7 people are permitted. We DO monitor the house with outdoor cameras.
Please treat the house with care. We love our vacation home and get a lot of enjoyment sharing it with others.

We have 4 recording devices outside monitoring the front of the house not the pool area.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Licensed cleaners that are experienced in sanitization.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
