About the Space
Bright art gallery filled with live plants + minimal furniture located in the Outer Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes. This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs with a coffee table that is already in the space for your use. JBL speakers + wifi are available upon request. Security cameras are on site. You are welcome to supply alcohol and food. No alcohol/ food minimums and flexible rental hours. Questions? Comments? This venue was more than perfection! I was very nervous looking for a venue for my baby shower as I have never rented a spot. But Anna was more than accommodating! The venue was set up perfectly for us to move around and decorate accordingly. All my guests were very impressed with the venue and couldn’t ask for a better turn out of a baby shower! Beautiful space! Everyone at our event loved it. The only thing I would add to the listing is that personally I wouldn’t want to squeeze more than 30 people into this space, especially for an event where people will be milling about. The bathroom is so cute and clean and also good to know that the way to the bathroom is a little tricky through a very short but dark space with a little step that I worried about with older folks in attendance. The plants make the place so alive and the whole vibe is just as pictured. Great communication with the owner. It was perfect for us!

This space was perfect for hosting a baby shower! The plants and art made the party appear very aesthetic. There was enough table space to have food platters and drink dispensers displayed. The venue also had an additional folding table where we displayed desserts. Anna is a very responsive , communicative and kind host. All the check in and check out instructions were streamlined and clear. Overall we would highly recommend this Peerspace for an event. Guests were raving about how cool of a space it is in this lovely neighborhood.

The space was perfect for doing some portraits of long-time clients. Anna was great with communicating and very helpful. The space looks different than the photos now but basically the same as the art has changed and more plants. We had space for makeup artists and doing portraits as well. It's eclectic and fun and I'm all about plants.

Overall experience was easy, simple and worked out great. Space is unique and perfect for 20-30 people in a gathering where not everyone can sit but mingle. Used the space for a Young adult christmas party for my church group and it worked well! Street parking was easy, neighborhood is safe and the space is very creative. Didn't meet the host but her communication was good.

The space was beautiful and right on theme for my boho babyshower. I would say this space is perfect for a small get-together. I had about 35 people and it was a little too small for my event but if I had a smaller event I would definitely book again. Also Anna was nice host and made the whole process easy.
