On Balboa St. along a cute commercial corridor surrounded by nice family homes. Down the street from the historic Balboa Theater and local eateries + cafes. This is a fully private space with large storefront windows and a street-level entrance. Filled with natural light in the daytime. High ceilings and new LED track lighting. Clean sealed concrete floor. Easy to park neighborhood. Clean bathroom + extra sink in the backroom. Plenty of space for a standing cocktail reception or classroom-style seating. Inquire for occupancy maximums and recommended seating layouts. Designed by a professional interior designer and equipt with a communal table with 10 stools + a pair of lounge chairs with a side table that is already in the space for your use. A JBL speaker + wifi are available for use during your event. Security cameras are on site. Available Furniture: 4'x8' counter height table (10) white counter stools (2) white lounge chairs (1) white side table (1) white credenza (can not be moved) 2'x4' folding table availible for use You are welcome to supply alcohol and food. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Truly lovely space. Anna was really awesome to work with. It is so beautifully naturally decorated with the plants and art that you don't need to do a lot of additional work. Getting into and out of the space was easy and street parking was easy as well. We had a baby shower with 38 people in there at one point and it was very comfortable with all us standing and multiple food tables. We used the table in the venue for crafts and then rented 4 hightop tables for people to stand to eat at. Would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend for smaller to mid sized gatherings.

We rented the space for a cocktail party, and we are so glad we did! The space is super cute and intimate and we comfortably hosted 30 people here with lots of seating space.

Lovely space and gracious host. Guests loved the size, the wide and verdant sidewalk to step out to for a breather, and the similarly plant-filled decor. Anna’s art on the walls is also intricate and beautiful, and the space’s dual function as an art studio is apparent in the best possible way.

Space is charming provided a quiet and relaxing environment for a team training. Everyone loved all the greenery of the plants. The large table with stools was the perfect size for everyone's laptop, and later, lunch. Use of the space was easy.

I recently hosted my 30th birthday party here and everyone loved it! The space was very cozy and beautifully decorated with cute plants and artwork. Anna was very prompt and responsive to any questions I had, and I greatly appreciated that. I have zero complaints. 10/10 would definitely book this spot again for any future events!
