Professional company cleans/disinfects the space between guests.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to the Heart of Atlanta, in Atlantic Station. I look forward to providing you with a bit of Southern Hospitality. Our unit is assembled with an Outkast theme of "The Prototype", "Roses", and "Hey Ya"! The living space is a gorgeous corner unit and includes an incredible view of the center of Atlantic Station. General Rules

No smoking. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing. Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a "Ring doorbell" installed, only on the front door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
