About the Space
Close to Central Manchester but with countryside type views and decking area. We have had many advertising shoots here and have had location houses previously too. A large open plan living and kitchen area, with lots of room for lighting and to shoot from. We have 5 bedrooms including a teen room and yound child's bedroom. This is the perfect mix of old and new with a semi-open plan layout, large modern windows/door combined with retained period features such as stripped wooden doors, leaded windows, fireplaces and original staircase. The style is quite minimal with white used throughout the location giving plenty of great light. A real blank canvas but also with plenty of subtle style which could be utilised for any type of shoot. Externally, there’s still some work to be done but we’ll be back to capture this later in the year! This is the perfect space for production shoots, photo shoots, filming, content creation, product shoots and more!

Tiffany was an amazing host and space was incredible. Tiffany allowed me to visit the house prior to my filming date and give a tour, which helped me make a shot list and storyboard. For my shoot I was making a music video and I was the only driver in my crew but Tiffany allowed me to drop off a drumkit for the shoot the night before and leave in the house after the shoot until I was able to pick it up a few hours later, which was a big help. Additionally, I run into a few problems prior to the shoot which unfortunately caused delays and Tiffany was understanding and kind enough to allow me to push back the shoot. The house itself is very spacious and has amazing natural lighting we didn't have to use any of our own lighting equipment. Overall, I had a great experience Tiffany was an amazing house and the house was perfect for the video shoot.
