All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Just minutes outside of Downtown Atlanta - welcome to "3 Summers" , a cozy and charming 1920’s Summerhill bungalow. Our home is walking distance from Grant Park and next door to multiple Georgia Avenue restaurants and bars; 10 minutes from the airport; and 3 minutes from Midtown. This charming home is full of character and has been beautifully laid out with your comfort and productivity in mind. Create delicious meals in the large eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances. Take advantage of the lovely kitchen space to conduct photography or videography. It's ideal for cooking and recipe videos. With 3 separate living areas on the main level, it makes this space perfect for photoshoots, cooking expos, interior design showcases, apparel pop-up shops, private dinners, and so much more! The space offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and two different common areas with TV's capable of casting your business's branding if need. Note there are (2) TV's located downstairs, and (2) located in the upstairs bedrooms.

NO PARTIES, NO PETS - NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. 20 GUESTS MAX. BREAKING THESE POLICIES WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINEAND IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY. IF WE RECEIVE NOISE COMPLAINTS AND/OR SEE MORE THAN THE RESERVED GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY, YOU WILL INCUR PENALTIES AND BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY.
