Grand, Expansive Club Room in Orlando

Rented this space for a small video shoot. The space was beautiful inside and well maintained, but as the listing and reviews mention, it is semi-private and near the pool. We were recording audio most of the day, and there was interruptions unfortunately pretty consistently throughout the day because of residence coming in and out to make coffee or eavesdrop. There were signs on the door indicating the room was reserved but they were typically disregarded. Overall, we were able to capture what we needed and were happy with outcome, but just had to workaround interruptions.

The space is beautiful, the same as it looks in the photos. The only downside is that there is limited parking; lucky they were updating their gate system- so we could park behind the gate. other wise you would have to find parking & walk a few steps. would definitely re-book this space is amazing.

This space was sooo amazing. My family and I truly enjoyed this space. Perfect space for family of all ages.

Great communication leading up to the event.

Would like to start with the pros first, the lounge was just like the pictures and looked very nice. Also the front desk receptionist Carmen was very kind and helpful. Only thing I would recommend is to meet with the employee at the front desk before the event and let her know from what time your event is Because she leaves at 5 and she will let you know what other door and door code is needed for your event if guest arrive after 5 because they close the main lobby at 5. Only cons would be that there may not be enough parking for 50 guests (maybe only enough parking for 20 guest or less if they carpool) which it did not say in the booking description when I first booked. I went twice to visit the venue and when I arrived in the morning around 11 AM and in the afternoon at 4 PM there was only 3-4 parking spots available. There is limited parking that may be full if other guest from the apartment members took up the space. If there is no parking the host suggest for the guest to park at top golf which is a 10 min walk or a bit longer. This isn’t ideal for kids or elderly guest that can’t walk that far. Also my event was from 5-7:30 and I needed to give out the door code for guest that arrived a little after 5 and the door code I was given by the host was wrong. Luckily I met with the front desk receptionist before she left at 5 and she was able to give me a temporary door code for the event.

This was a great space for my event with more than enough room. The space actually looks better than the pictures. The staff was kind and very helpful. Be sure to communicate timing of events surrounding yours to avoid overlapping.

Space was beautiful. Peerspace was extremely responsive and the on site manager Carmen was great. Our only issue was a few residents walking through the space — especially two ladies who got coffee for a while in thong bikinis. It felt very inappropriate for our baby shower of very young people to elderly guests. It would be nice if residents were told they can not use the coffee machine. One man ignored the signs and barrier and just wondered through wet from the pool. It’s not a low priced venue so you’d hope to at least have the space to yourself for the booked time.

Love this space so much! It’s beautiful, clean and the staff is so friendly!!
