About the Space
The home was beautifully decorsted by a local Austin designer. The Spanish style villa and the incredible views of the Austin hills make you feel like you’re in California or Europe. The home has 1 living room, 4 bedrooms (2 of which can serve as primary bedrooms & 2 are more of children bedrooms), 1 kitchen and breakfast nook with incredible lighting, 3.5 bathrooms, a moody library study/dining space and gorgeous balconies with unmatched views. The home has a variety of color and texture -the kitchen and living room at neutral tones and the rest of the home is full of color.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I can't say enough things about this house – every single detail is so thought-out and perfectly executed. It truly is such a gem of a space. Working with Taylor was wonderful and she went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were all set. Cannot wait to book again!

The space is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a small shoot! The lighting is incredible and each room has a stunning and unique look so there is a lot of creative opportunities. The driveway is incredibly steep and best for all-wheel drive cars and no large trucks or trailers, so just something to keep in mind before booking.

We LOVED doing a photo shoot in this space. The best part about this home was that every room has a slightly different but still cohesive vibe. You can do a lot of different looks and styles here. Kasey was great to work with!!!!!
