COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We clean our facility throughout the day and between each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
About the Space
This is a podcast production studio. This space is great for podcasts, filming, and production. Our studio can accommodate up to 4 people. We have 4 microphones, 4 headphones, 4 chairs, 1 TV, 1 camera and lighting system. We do not allow outside engineers. Our studio rental rate includes audio and video engineer.

This studio is located inside of the community center of a church.
Therefore the following rules apply.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have 24 hour security cameras. They are on and recording at all times. Our cameras are in common areas and access points only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
