Space is professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after each event Cleaning supplies are available onsite for any mishaps that may happen during event

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The EAV location is a full storefront. The space is 1250 square feet with a shared fenced back area for indoor\outdoor access. We welcome pop-up shops, wellness events, classes, workshops, small photography & videography shoots, vision board parties, vlogging content, group sound healing, guided meditation, baby and bridal showers, hosted brunch, art therapy events etc. Our intention is to support the growth of your business & provide innovative ways to honor your independence. We invite you to host your very own pop-up day!

We don't have a lot of rules- We expect you to conduct yourself in a respectable manner and in accordance with the type of event that we determined as suitable for the space. The building is 100 years old and has a lot of history. The charm is in the small inperfections. The Fireplace is a NON WORKING fireplace please do not attempt to light the fireplace.
