COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

After every guest the space is completely cleaned and sanitized. All doorhandles and faucets are cleaned. All surfaces are wiped down. All furniture is sprayed with a disinfectant. Trash is taken out and floors and swept.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The main space is perfect for newborn sessions, small family groups, and head shots. The back room can be used for clients to wait/change. The space features beautiful natural light all day long (until sunset). The space is on the smaller side and it is recommended to use a 35mm or 24-70mm. 50mm will work, however it is tight. There is a full bathroom available to the left side of the hallway. Seamless paper is available for a small rental rate.

General Rules

No smoking inside or outside the building. No animals allowed. No putting any objects onto the walls (command hooks, tape, nails, etc) Drinks in mini fridge, snacks on the bar, and coffee bar are not permitted and additional charges will apply.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There is one camera facing the entrance, it is for security purposes and to monitor rental time limits.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
