COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Just wanted to share with you our COVID-19 precautions ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀BEFORE AND AFTER EACH BOOKING: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ High touch surfaces and shared amenities are sanitized. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ All the props that were used are washed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The floors are vacuumed and steam cleaned. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Trashcans are emptied. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ TWICE A WEEK: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The studio is deep-cleaned. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ FOR SANITIZING WE USE: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Disinfectant spray & Disinfectant wipes.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

INSIDE you'll find a big Studio Cyc Wall with a ton of lighting. (Both natural and studio) Opposite of that is a Huge white brick wall great for photos. Waste to ceiling front windows with curtains. Lighted Vanity for makeup. Restroom/changing room. Lighting equipment available upon request.

General Rules

-No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No alcohol allowed after 8pm -You are liable for all equipment and furniture on premises. -Any and all equipment that is damaged or broken will be replaced at 1.5 x’s the retail price. PLEASE use caution.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Outdoor Camera on all the time. Inside camera turned off during reservation.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
