Parking description

Parking is available both in the driveway and on the street in front of the house. Our lot is rather large, so approx 4 vehicles can be parked on our side of the street. Please be courteous to our neighbors and not block road or driveways.

Lighting description

Windows in the home have been treated with an exterior tinting treatment so natural light can be minimized. However, all windows also have a second, untreated, storm window that can be used if you're looking for more natural light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The home is not soundproof, but we are located in a very quiet neighborhood and the home is located close to the end of a cul de sac. We have approx. a half acre of yard surrounding the house and very quiet neighbors. In all the time we have lived here, we have never once heard our neighbors so exterior sound is not a concern.

Equipment loading description

Ground Floor The home has a very unique layout that allows for easy load-in and load-out. There is one small step up from the driveway/garage that accesses a large wrap-around porch with access to two large sliding patio doors in the kitchen and rear living room. The door leading to the kitchen is 12' wide. The door leading to the living room is 10' wide. Additionally, there is a covered breezeway between the garage and the front door to ensure equipment is not exposed to the elements. Both the garage and the breeze way can be used for staging equipment. The breezeway also connects to the wrap-around porch for load-in of larger items. Simply back up to the garage, unload, and load in to the ground floor. Upstairs Bedrooms Upstairs bedrooms are accessed by a staircase in the 2 story foyer. The railing can be easily removed if larger items need to be moved to the 2nd floor.

Not strictly off-limits. We both work from home, so if you need access to upstairs bedrooms advance arrangements will need to be made for us to work elsewhere.

Electrical system description

The home is equipped with standard residential electrical. The circuit breaker is located in an easy to access panel in the basement to the right when coming down the stairs to the basement.

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

While we have homeowners insurance, if you plan to use the home for production we ask that you ensure the members of your cast and/or crew are covered for any incidentals.

Anything can be moved, we just ask that you move everything back when you're done.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

This is our home, and we are diligent in keeping it clean. State-certified crews clean and sanitize every 2 weeks. We will do our best to schedule cleaners 1-2 days in advance of your booking when provided with proper notice. If there are any specific cleaning requests, please message us directly.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

This was our second time using this location and it just keeps getting better! Danae is the best host we've had when booking locations through Peerspace. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and had whatever we needed to have a successful production. Even had an incredible breakfast spread out for the crew that we all couldn't have been more than grateful.

Yes, I would book again.

Incredible hosts. They were beyond accommodating to our entire production and went above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we needed to achieve our production goals. Very easy location to access for loading in equipment and other essentials. There is a wrap around deck that allows for multiple entry points into the house, only 1 step up from driveway, and plenty of space for carts, G&E equipment, etc. Neighborhood was very quiet with no difficulties from neighbors. Location was made accessible the moment we had booked. Would highly recommend for any production seeking a suburban home with a modern aesthetic.
