Great space. Horrendous check-in (and that comes from a former Airbnb Host). I asked for instructions on Monday to allow time to review before Thursday Checkin. She responded that I would receive the morning of check in. Before I left my home at 7 for 8am Checkin , I checked my email—where my Peerspace messages anre received annd had no instructions. I sent a message and requested instruction. I arrived before 8, unloaded my vehicle, still no instruction. I tried calling. She replied via text that she sent them the prior day—they were sent to my office land line. I provided my mobile number. She sent a video to watch. Now it’s 8:00, I’m standing in the middle of Baltimore, my team is arriving at 8:30 and the caterer is calling re delivery. I watch the video-twice—on the streets of Baltimore with a cart full of supplies and a large cooler. Instructions did not work to enter the code she also provided in the lockbox to retrieve the key to get the fob—there were 2 lock boxes and neither were the same one in the video, so I asked my assistant to try—they didn’t work for her either!! I tried calling. The host replied with a text that she has a job and cannot respond…and add a # after the code. That worked. By the time we got in the loft and set up, the team had arrived to no breakfast therefore I couldn’t start the meeting, makeup artist couldn’t get setup and get people started which threw off the photographers schedule, etc. We rented that space and literally spent the entire day trying to play catch-up., and ultimately had to bag some of our agenda. The host was so unprofessional when it could have been organized! I understand passive income but she could at least test her own instructions—if she cared about her customers, their time and their experience with Peerspace. I don’t plan to ever use Peerspace again nor recommend to anyone (and backtracking to everyone I told before last Thursday to share my experience).

The loft was perfect for our small team meeting. It was easy to access, and the host provided very clear instructions for access. We loved the open space and took advantage of it by meeting in the conference in the morning and shifting to the open seating area for a more relaxed meeting in the afternoon. Would certainly book this space again!

The space was amazing! The host was extremely professional and responsive. She even worked with me on a small hiccup we ran into at the end of the event regarding their key fob. All was fixed. I will be utilizing the space again in the near future
