About the Space
Self Service Studio! You will gain entry into the building via intercom system. You will be provided with a code that will allow you to gain access to the studio space and will only work for the duration of your scheduled booking time. Upon request after booking you will get 2 video instructions - How to get in building and find studio space - How to use equipment Our space is located in the South Bronx, Mott Haven region. We have 700 sq ft of space to utilize for your photoshoots, video-shoots and/or creative event. We are a 10 minute walk from the Brook Avenue stop on the 6 train. 10ft ceilings 5 Seamless Paper 108" wide. 700 Sq Ft. You can use all the equipment and backdrops in the studio. All backdrops are free to use as backgrounds only. +$20 per seamless pull/color. (Seamless pull: pulling the paper all the way under your feet where you step on it) Please add this during your booking at the add-ons sections if you need to pull the paper under your feet. We’ve increased the time between bookings to allow for the extra time necessary to clean and prep the space. We have a hand washing sink in studio with a touchless soap dispenser and paper towels and we stock hand sanitizer which is placed in the studio for client use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
