This Spacious house has no limits to creatives. Art work and staging is perfect for photoshoots as well as music videos. Scenes that involve a family setting is very ideal for this space because it still gives a cozy modern family vibe. The neighborhood is very transitional so you will see a lot of newly built buildings and it gives a real Philadelphia welcome to the city life.

General Rules
No Smoking inside of the home.Its okay to move furniture but please put back furniture the way you found it. There is a dedicated space outback for option so I ask that you limit your time in front of the house in consideration fro the neighbors.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The most skilled cleaners in the city are hired between each and every booking. Every doorknob , handles tables, etc is wiped down thoroughly on a constant basis. Hand Sanitizer and gloves are provided.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
