Welcome to The Peacock House! A bright, modern home with an open floor plan and beautiful architecture. Lots of windows and sliding glass doors with an abundance of usable space. Impeccable interior design and esthetics. Gorgeous monochromatic chef's kitchen with a 16-foot island. Open dining room with a vaulted ceiling to the second story. Cozy living room with beautiful esthetics. Views from every room to the beautiful backyard oasis with a pool (pool can be booked with an add-on). Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors

The Peackcock House was absolutely stunning. Very spacious, clean and my guests absolutely loved it. The host Tia has been amazing to work with and very responsive and answered questions right away the day of the event. I would highly recommend this space and will definitely be booking again.

Our organization, The Austin Alliance for Women in Media contracted Tia’s gorgeous home for our annual Board of Director’s Strategic Planning Meeting. We had around 20+/- board members in a attendance from 8:30am to 1:00pm. We coordinated potluck brunch and had a photographer and make up artists for professional photos. Tia was an incredible host. Her home’s design is aesthetically stunning, clean, and well appointed. The neighborhood peacocks were the centerpiece to our meeting as they frolicked about displaying their gorgeous feathers in the back yard in plan view with the wall to ceiling windows stretching all along the back side of the home. All attendees felt as though they were a part of something truly special at this meeting, which is a difficult feat to achieve for with an hour and a half meeting. Do yourself a favor and choose “The Peacock House” for your next board meeting, pool day, bridal shower, baby shower, photoshoot etc. this home is perfection. Thank you Tia! 🦚
