About the Space
Book the middle level of this townhome for your production and meeting needs. Over 800 square feet of space! Features a cozy living room and lounge with grand columns on one side of the floor. While the other side boasts a modern, spacious kitchen equipped with an island, barstools, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and hardwood floors (perfect for shooting food content). The dining area can be used for a lunch break, as a conference space (table seats six) or for more shooting (unique accents pay homage to 90’s sitcom, Martin). There is even more space off of the kitchen in the sunroom. This space beams with natural light and brings the great outdoors inside with real plants, a greenery wall, and egg chair (the perfect backdrop for a photo or video shoot). Floor seating (rug, ottoman and pillows) is optional. For real outdoors, visit the spacious deck with seating for six, patio table and umbrella, as well as a fire pit. Guests also have access to the guest bathroom on the top floor with accents paying homage to legendary artist Keith Haring. This space is great for shooting skin/hair care content or a quick wardrobe change. This space is perfect for creatives!
