We hire a licensed professional cleaner to clean in between bookings to ensure future guest are in a clean and safe environment

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

This Art Gallery themed Penthouse is a "one of a kind" right in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Centered in America's biggest art district the "Dallas Experience" is truly felt here at this unit. Bold colors and furniture helps to complete the experience living like an artist. Art and paintings from the likes of Jean-Michel Basquiat, a large hand painted canvas by Sydney Edmund, and others. But nothing tops the best art to be viewed on a private 1000 sq ft balcony overlooking Downtown Dallas.
