Host your party or meeting in our cozy ranch home, this house was built in 1982 but its completly renovated, huge backyard, Hammock, fireplace, pinpong table and back porch that makes the outdoor space unique. Master bathroom tub has an amazing view. Cozy front porch, plenty of space to park. Two outdoor heaters are available to rent for $10 both. Birthday photos are just an example, black tables and chairs will not be at the house, they were rented at Capital Rentals. I can rent the arc for the balloons and the set of cilinder tables. On the side of the property we have a parking lot that will fit about 25 cars, the front driveway of the property can fit about six cars
