All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This beautiful, newly built guest house nestled in the Santa Monica mountains will make you feel like you’re in Tuscany. The living room with its glass ceiling and walls provides beautiful mountain views, exceptional sunsets and star gazing. The generous outdoor space offers many lounging spots & a kitchen garden that provides seasonal vegetables for your al fresco dinners that you can cook in the fully equipped, modern kitchen. Private and relaxing. Welcome to paradise. This house is a stand alone house at the end of a shared driveway. All outdoor living space seen in pictures is part of the guest house and for your use only. The kitchen garden is shared with the main house, but other than an occasional harvest nobody will be there. There is a washer dryer (not shared) in the garden shed next to the parking spot that can be used for longer stays. We will provide laundry detergent. Strong WiFi and everything else you’ll need is provided. You’re only minutes drive away from Topanga village with its shops and cafes.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
