When I designed this private photo/video studio space, I wanted to make sure it is versatile and provides an outstanding client experience. This is my own studio I am still doing my photoshoots at and am willing to open up to others to enjoy as well. It is ideal to host small productions (8-10 ppl max). Located in Costa Mesa, minutes away from Newport & Huntington Beach this 1500-square-foot space is perfect for photo shoots, film productions, smaller workshops, meetings – or anything else you can think of – feel free to send me a message! Featuring 12 ft ceilings, a large folding entry door, private changing area, a client lounge (optionally can be used to shoot in there too), makeup station with LED lights, a custom black french wall, a blue corner panel with wainscoting, backdrop panels, different color paper backdrops, multiple chairs & props, apple boxes, sandbags etc. For an extra fee you can: - get access to the studio wardrobe - request custom wall paint color for the french wall - request basic lighting tech assistance - rent cordless studio flashes with light modifiers - rent continuous lights with light modifiers Includes, wifi, air conditioning and free street parking with direct access to the studio. No stairs or elevators, it is on the first floor.
