When I designed this private photo/video studio space, I wanted to make sure it is versatile and provides an outstanding client experience. This is my own studio I am still doing my photoshoots at and am willing to open up to others to enjoy as well. It is ideal to host small productions (8-10 ppl max). Located in Costa Mesa, minutes away from Newport & Huntington Beach this 1500-square-foot space is perfect for photo shoots, film productions, smaller workshops, meetings – or anything else you can think of – feel free to send me a message! Featuring 12 ft ceilings, a large folding entry door, private changing area, a client lounge (optionally can be used to shoot in there too), makeup station with LED lights, a custom black french wall, a beige/tan corner panel with wainscoting, backdrop panels, different color paper backdrops, green screen, multiple chairs & props, v-flats, apple boxes, sandbags etc. For an extra fee you can: - get access to the studio wardrobe - request custom wall paint color for the french wall - request basic lighting tech assistance - rent cordless studio flashes with light modifiers - rent continuous lights with light modifiers Includes, wifi, heating, air conditioning and free street parking with direct access to the studio. No stairs or elevators, it is on the first floor.
