We clean the space after each booking! High touch surfaces are wiped down, couches are disinfected with Lysol and all linens are washed!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Birthday, valentine, boudoir...or really any other kind of photoshoot you could think of! The space has been designed as a studio, when you walk in, you walk into the living room/bedroom area. This part of the store has tall ceilings with the original 1930's rafters, as well as the original raw brick as well. The room is well illuminated because of its large windows. The windows have a film over them for privacy, while still allowing for incredible lighting. This is by far the most photogenic space I have ever had the privilege of owning. The kitchen is separated by a wall with a large barn door, which also has the original 1930's brick lining the walls. Keep walking and you'll enter the bathroom which still showcases the brick that is obviously the pride and joy of this entire renovation.

Free street parking. There is almost always 1 spot open directly in front of the store and 2 spots in front of the house next door.
General Rules
The biggest rule is please just communicate! A lot of the fines associated with certain rules below can be avoided by talking to us! The fines are there for when people are hiding things from us (like pets, extra guests, late checkouts etc.)
Please DO NOT park in the driveway to the right of the Store Front, it doesn't belong to us, it's our neighbors.
No shoes inside the house (or just make sure they're not tracking mud around).
Please be sure to be checked out by your checkout time. If you need late checkout, please ask! We'll try and accommodate you! My cleaner has a tight schedule and can't wait around on guests (it's just not fair to her), so we have to let her know prior to her showing up so she can make arrangements. In order to make the schedule shuffle worth it for my cleaner, I do charge an additional $20 late checkout fee. If you do not ask to check-out late and do so anyway, we will charge you a $40 penalty fee for anything under an hour (so please be out on time!) And $100 for anything over an hour. We do understand things run behind, please just let us know BEFORE it's after checkout! If we know, we'll wave penalty fees if it's a reasonable late checkout (like 10 minutes).
No pets. If you do have a pet, just ask us if you can bring it. If we decide to accommodate, we have a few things we'll need you to agree to, plus an additional $20 cleaning fee. There are fines associated with sneaking pets in.
Please use the hot pads when placing hot items on the counter or table.
DO NOT dump grease down any drains.
Please report anything broken or damaged during your stay.
Please don't flush any tampons, pads, applicators, paper towels etc. down the toilet.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 7 am.
Please don't use any of our towels to remove make-up or acne medication. We do provide make-up removing towelettes. It discolors the towels.
Please don't sleep on the pillowcases with make-up or acne treatment on. It discolors the pillowcases.
No smoking in the house. We do host guests with asthma and the smoke can bother the next guests. If we find out that you were smoking in our home, there will be a $500 fine. That includes just being able to smell the smoke/weed on our pillowcases/ or in the air in the home prevalently enough to know smoking was happening inside the house.
No parties (unless the event has been approved) that said, ragers are never allowed. There will be a $500 fine.
When you use the hammock and hanging chairs, please don’t swing excessively on them. We don’t want you breaking anything or hitting your head on a wall! Also, please keep your feet off the wall, we want to preserve the 1930s brick!
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have a camera facing the street parking spaces and one camera that points towards the walkway to the side door. They are always running.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
