- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

About the Space
We are renting space for any type of event: parties, dinners, classes, etc. Size is 1000 sqft with kitchen, the restroom is on the floor. It fits up to 40 people if a party and up to 20 for a dinner. For additional money, we can provide a bar, bartender, ice, cups, booze, cocktails, sodas... We have a kitchen in the back with: freezer, fridge, washing machine, sinks... The building is 10 min walk from the subway and has free parking in front. Has a loading dock. Some of the things you need to know about PRICES. Prices for Momentum Warehouse for a maximum of 40 people. -Up to 30 people 1200$ base price: 1 person that takes care of everything, cleaning fee, space. -If you have over 30 people your cost will be 1500$ (not including liquor, cups, and ice) -Every bartender costs 429$, security costs 300$, 30+ PEOPLE NEED SECURITY, parking is for free. -Package price: 350$ extra for 6 bottles/100$ extra for cups and ice, 300$ extra for a waiter.
