Our staff have been certified in covid -19 cleaning we we maintain a clean space at all times.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

The space has the following features:

This space doubles as our office and studio and we are excited to share it with the creative community in Hampton GA. General Rules

No smoking of any kind inside or outside the studio. No illegal drugs. No alcohol without prior permission. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics. The space may not be used for pornography or production of pornographic content. No pets allowed If anything is moved, items must be returned to their original location. Rental time includes setup and teardown.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring cameras located at each Entryway are the only recordings.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
