Perfectly located in the art district on historic Swiss Avenue, this historic event space is convenient and flexible. Just a short walk to Deep Ellum, the Pittman Hotel, and the Swiss Avenue Dart Station, this space is uniquely versatile and would be great for special events, meetings, photo video shoots and pop-up retail. The venue was built in 1925 and was home to Helms Printing, the South’s largest Bible-binding company. The beautiful, red brick walls and big barn doors on Cantegral Street flaunt its charm, as do the original hayloft-style rafters that were once used to load Bibles into delivery trucks. The building has 2200 square foot of versatile space that includes a main hall, one breakout/conference room, and a sunroom. The main hall and conference room are empty, no furniture, versatile for any event. The main hall has a mimi refrigerator, tucked in the corner. The sunroom has a couch, two chairs and plants that can be removed. The venue is also equipped with cutting-edge technology for professional presentations and virtual events for an additional charge. The venue also has accessibility to two restrooms.

This space was absolutely great aesthetically. Alicia and Simo were so attentive at every stage, from Inquiry into the space to the very end of the event. Amazing space for a mixer event. My organizations event was a huge success. Only thing to note it can get very hot during summer. I think tinted windows would help greatly with that or something better to help with circulation. Despite the heat, we had a wonderful time and the owners were great

Spectacular! Alicia and her team helped make our daughter’s sweet 16th a wonderful experience! The team was extremely helpful and accommodating with our needs. The location was great, easy access from the highway. Everyone that attended loved the space. The space had a warm feeling and fit our group of 60 wonderfully.
