Each bedroom is themed after a Philly College and are equipped with its own smart TV for private entertainment. The house has the fastest Verizon FIOS Wifi. There is free street parking all day. Located only 10 minutes from University City, 15 minutes from Center City, Manayunk and major colleges. Enjoy the famous Philly skyline from the rooftop deck and book today! The garage is equipped with a white seamless paper backdrop great for photos. There is also workout equipment there such as dip bars and push up bars. There is a vine wall next to a window for portraits. The natural light there is perfect for photos. The house itself is huge and can host up to 30 people.
