484 Broadway was built in the 1880s by William Waldorf Astor, who built The Waldorf-Astoria. This loft is a working design studio, which has a pattern making 16’x7’ table and a cutting table measuring 12’x6’ along with industrial sewing machines. The manually operated elevator opens directly into the open concept unit, where hardwood floors flow throughout, incredible original artwork adorns the walls and 12-foot-high windows offers views to the iconic landmark the “Silk Exchange Building”. In this great downtown location, I invite you to immerse yourself in the 2,500 square foot, light-soaked loft, with a beautiful skylight situated in the heart of SoHo on Broadway and Broome.

This loft is incredible!! Roman was very nice and accommodating to me and my team. Her loft is a true artist loft and was exactly what I needed for my photo shoot. Beautiful soft light coming through this huge windows. Very easy access and the elevator opens to the inside of the loft which is the entire 5th floor in the heart of SoHo. I’m very excited with what I shot here today and I already have tons of ideas for my next bookings at her place. Thanks for having us Roman! I’d totally recommend this location for any production who is looking for a true artist loft in the heart of SoHo.
