The perfect back drop for you’re next most liked Instagram photo. You’ll have the entire 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Lakers/Kobe themed house. The backyard is very spacious and can hold a bounce house, ball pit, photo setup, etc. You are welcome to bring tables, chairs, or catering. Great location for a small gathering, birthday party, or private event. The living room is an extension of the backyard and is connected by a sliding glass door. The kitchen is spacious and bright. Everything is upgraded with modern appliances and furniture. There is also a large side yard that can be used for loading and unloading catering materials. Everyone that will host here will loved it!

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
