About the Space
Welcome to our beautiful recently renovated and tastefully furnished apartment located on the ground floor in a compact and well maintained multifamily house of 4 units. We have taken great care of this property to provide you with the best possible experience. We have invested lots of hard-earned money and time to do so. This unit was completely renovated and released in Feb 2022. All new Kitchen, Bathroom, Mini-split AC systems, all porcelain tile flooring and more.

Parking description
We provide parking for 2 cars parked withing one space one by one. If parking for more cars is necessary we can accommodate more parking spaces at the neighbor's property. Additional parking must be requested in advance.
General Rules
* Each apartment has assigned parking spot. Please don't park elsewhere otherwise your car may get towed.
* Please keep all doors & windows closed and ACs at Cool - Auto - 70-76F
* Smoking is only allowed outside of the unit. Any guest who decides to smoke inside the unit will be charged $500.
* Our quiet hours from 10pm till 8am.
* Please dispose of your trash inside trash cans located on the property.
*We do not allow parties of any kind and if any guest decides to have a party they will be charged additional $500 and asked to leave the property immediately.
*Stains of any nature on chairs - $50.
*Stains on mattress, rug or sofa of any nature - $100.
*All items inside the house must remain in the house.
*No cooking equipment may be brought and used on the property without hosts permission.
*Because some areas are shared (laundry room and backyard) it is required that information about PET(s) (including service animals) must be disclosed prior to submitting a reservation request. Please let us know what type of pet(s) (breed and weight) you are planning to bring with you.

Security cameras and recording devices
We do have cameras at the front and the back of the house (outside). They will be on at all times for the security of our guests.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We are committed to enhanced cleaning process for safety of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
