Our space is well suited for a multitude of events. Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Graduation Parties, Staff Appreciation Events, Meetings, Trainings, Family Gatherings, Photo Shoots, Craft Parties, etc. We are located in Central Phoenix near the 51 and I-10 Freeways and easily accessible from all areas of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Our space features three unique spaces all included in the rental. Our main room boasts 12-foot ceilings and large east facing windows which bring in tons of natural light to the space. Filled with plants in every corner, and hanging from the ceilings, our main room has a bright, colorful, living room vibe. There are a variety of tables, chairs, sofas, coffee table, and end tables that can all be reconfigured to meet your unique event needs. In this space there are two 8' Butcher Block tables which can be placed together for a community table, banquet style seating, or set up as a buffet station. We have a large chalk board wall in the main area that can be used during trainings, to write a unique message for your event, or for kids of all ages to create and enjoy! In addition, we have a variety of board games, adult and child coloring books, and other small activities for young children to enjoy during your event. Our Library is located behind the main room and is a cozy space. With exposed brick this is a great vibe for photo shoots! Our Library has one, frosted, west facing window. There are no heating or cooling ducts in this space however is comfortable most months of the year, there is a small portable AC unit in this space to help during summer months. The main area has central AC. In the back is our enclosed porch. The porch is surrounded with lattice and screening and creates a private space while still enjoying the outdoors. Our porch is west facing. Mornings in the fall/spring and afternoons in the winter are spectacular! There is residential street parking available and limited parking on the side of the building, shared with the neighboring tenant. Parking at neighboring business's is prohibited. Inside you have full access to the three areas of the building. Coffee equipment and related product is prohibited for use during rentals but can be added on to your event as a service. This equipment will remain in the space during all events. There is a 5cf chest freezer stocked with bagged ice available for your use at no additional charge. Ice chests may also be available for your use at no additional charge if arranged prior to event. There is a 42” television on a rolling stand that can be utilized to present a power point presentation, slide show, or other media during your event. Weekend rates, Fri-Sun, $75 an hour.
